When e-mailing or phoning for a quotation for an inspection, it would be enormously helpful if you were to have the following information about the property to hand:-

• The age of the property
• Whether it has been extended
• The property details (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, reception rooms, etc)
• The purchase price or rent to be paid

Commercial properties:

• The location
• The type of property (eg shop/warehouse/factory or converted building)
• Current use and intended use of the property
• The age of the property
• Whether it has been extended
• The property details (number of rooms and facilities)
• The purchase price or rent to be paid
• In the case of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are plans available?

Any quotation given is made without obligation and will be held for no more than three months from the date of issue. However, any such quotation is subject to confirmation that the description given of the property is reasonably accurate with regard to the age, style and number of rooms.
