In some cases a loan instrument can be provided while you are waiting for the repair/servicing to be completed.
We service all musical equipment. All questions should be emailed or telephoned through.

Instrument Checkover
Annual check on instrument regulation, action and pads without dismantling.
Full Service
Strip-down, clean body & keys. Re-seat pads as required (up to two will be replaced), springs and corks will be checked and replaced if needed. Instrument reassembled, lubricated and regulated.
Re-pad/Restoration
Strip-down, clean body & keys. Replace all pads. Replace springs and corks as required. Instrument will be reassembled, lubricated and regulated
There will be a further charge for items such as leather pads on clarinets, open holes on flutes, oboes with B/C link, crack repairs etc. Please feel free to enquire if you have any specific requirements.
Recorking.
An important part of maintaining your instrument is looking after the corked parts. Over time cork wears out and can simply fall off!!!
Loose and/or rattling flute headjoints.
These are usually possible to refit the existing crown assembly but a replacement can be fitted.
Noisey keywork or some note not working properly.
This is usually missing cork in your mechanism. All adjustments nd replacements undertaken.
Saxophone crooks.
Loose fitting mouthpieces or if you have changed your mouthpiece. All recorks undertaken.
Clarinet tenons.
Loose fitting tenons. a good fit is essetial for solid reliable playing. All recorks undertaken.
