Adding an RF power amplifier to a nanotransmitter

It is feasible to use a nanotransmitter as an exciter for a fully compliant radio station. However, it is plain stupid to couple one of these things to a PA unless you have the skills and test equipment to incorporate the correct filtering in the correct places.
