      Text Box: I found my supply for the R-20 would bring in a huge amount of noise when the adaptor was plugged in to the radio on HF or any AM mode. It was even nasty enough to affect my Racal manpack the other side of the room! I've tamed it a little bit with a few component changes but this was a bad choice for this
Text Box: UK PSU - This is a switching mode power supply in the UK. Other countries get issued with a more traditional analogue supply. The problems with switching mode supplies are well known especially with HF radios.
