Keoladao Ghana 9/1/99 - 16/1/99

Species seen during several daily visits to the Keoladao Ghana Sanctuary. During this time the weather was cold and misty early morning but sunny in the afternoon. We alternated between rented bicycle rides and taking a rickshaw.

The rickshaw drivers can point out species such as owls and Yellow Bittern which would otherwise be hard to spot.

The naming convention is taken from 'An Annotated Checklist of the Birds of the Oriental Region' by Inskipp, Lindsey and Duckworth. Animals from 'Field guide to the Mammals of the Indian Subcontinent' by Gurung and Singh.
