Here is a very simple printed eyes tutorial for use with your ooak sculptures.

The results will be very realistic glass looking eyes but at a fraction of the cost of real glass eyes.
I first fill the holes of the beads with a little polymer clay just so that the printed iris does not warp when you push it onto the bead.
Next I Super glue hemming pins into the beads. These will be cut down before inserting the eyes into your sculpt.
Now using the 4mm hole punch cut out a pair of 4mm irises. This part needs to be perfect, so if you are a little off centre then just punch out another iris until it is exact.
Put some tacky glue on the back of the iris making sure there is enough to reach the edges once it is pushed onto the bead.
Carefully place onto front of bead.
Stroke the excess glue downwards away from the printed iris. I then lick my finger and clean off any glue from the bead, all the time pushing the iris to the bead until it is firmly stuck.
Make sure that you push the iris onto the bead as firm as you can to get it as flat as possible.
And that’s it !!

I have been inserting them into my sculpted head and series baking them with no problems at all. Once all of the baking is finished I then gloss the eyes using "Tamiya color" acrylic paint - clear X-22

You can also paint them with a very thin layer of Fimo Deko Gel and bake them for 5 minutes, then add another blob onto the iris and bake them again for 5minutes. Then use a heat gun on them to make the fimo gell crystal clear.
Or flatspot your 6mm clay beads
I now use a bead roller for different size eyeballs
Or onto flatspot of clay ball
Inserting pins is optional. If using clay beads then insert pins before baking.
