Today we all care about our personal safety and want to remain safe and independent in our own homes and communities.

We can feel vulnerable or at risk regardless of our age or personal circumstances. We can have an accident, sudden illness or be threatened by a bogus caller in our own home. Users could be for example:

• Carers who have to leave a potentially vulnerable person alone while they are at work
• People who work on their own and are worried about injury or incapacity
• Elderly and frail individuals who feel that they may fall or take ill at home and be unable to summon help

Our service is ideal for anyone who feels that they would benefit from 24 hour contact, whatever their age or state of health or circumstances. It allows you to go about your normal activities without the nagging fear that you may need help and not be able to get it.

We provide a two part service consisting of an active element (the Morning Call) and a passive element (the Community Alarm with Pendant). Clients can opt to have either service individually or both services combined.

Remember, with our service there is:

• No need to remember emergency numbers
• No need to get to the phone

and we call for a chat with you every day.
