The community alarm equipment is monitored 24 hours, 365 days a year by professional trained operators and all equipment is installed and maintained by highly qualified technicians.

Trained staff will individually assess the best equipment for you when they come to install the unit. However all of the units provide:

Essential Requirement

To connect a community alarm, you must be able to provide a modern telephone socket with a 13 amp electrical power point within 6 feet. There can be no obstructions such as doorways between the telephone socket and the power point.

Units for use with your own telephone

These give you the benefit of an alarm, but also allow you to keep your own phone. This is useful if you have a cordless phone or a telephone with special adaptations

Units with integral phones

These combine the benefits of an alarm with the phone and also have additional facilities such as:

Pendants

The pendant that can be pressed to call for help anywhere in your garden or home. It is water resistant and can be worn in the shower or bath. Up to two pendants can be supplied free of charge so that a client and their partner can both use the service.

Maintenance

Maintenance of all equipment will be provided as required and will be free of charge to those who rent the equipment.
