Disney theme parks are just 20 minutes away, but also the community is well placed for trips to the beach with Tampa Bay and the coral beaches of the Gulf Coast just 40 minutes away. This makes day trips to the beach a reality and offers the best of both worlds.

Whilst the theme parks are amazing fun there is so much else to do. The villa has all the facilities you would expect and includes a heated swimming pool and a phone which is free for local calls; you can use your credit card for long distance. Within walking distance, there is a Wal-Mart and other shops at the entrance to the community. Also, the on-site Clubhouse has an excellent restaurant and bar as well as a pro shop. The property overlooks the green on the second fairway. It is great fun to watch the golfers as you relax by the pool having a leisurely drink.

The villa sleeps 10 and is ideal for two families or a group of friends. Consisting of four double bedrooms with three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, there is also a double sofa bed. With it’s own private heated pool and large deck, you’ll enjoy relaxing after a day visiting the various theme parks.

Cable TV is available throughout the villa and also a CD system.
