Luxurious Relaxation The Villa Consists of 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. The Master bedroom suite has a Queen size bed, it's own bathroom, Cable TV, direct access to the pool deck through private patio doors, a walk in closet with ample hanging space and room for all your suitcases. The 2nd Double room has cable TV, it's own private shower room with toilet and vanity unit plus plenty of hanging space. The 2 remaining bedrooms each have two single beds, Cable TV and ample storage, a shared bathroom is close by.

All of the bedrooms are bright, light and airy and there is air conditioning throughout the property for your additional comfort.

Everything within easy reach Southern Dunes is an ideal resort and offers everything to all ages. Close to all the attractions and within easy reach of Tampa and Cocoa Beach. Perfect if you want to have a day by yourself as you can walk to the Club House and Super Walmart and shop at your leisure and let everyone else go to the attractions.

Golf Information Southern Dunes has become a must play course for anyone visiting Central Florida and is rated 51st new course in the US, offering a challenge unique to Central Florida. Steve Smyers' dramatic hillside layout features huge, fast, undulating greens and expansive fairways flanked by more than 180 bunkers of every size and shape. Our villa is located on the second fairway overlooking the green, safely away from airbourne hazards such as mis-hit balls.

Further Details Besides a four star Championship Golf course & driving range there is a Clubhouse with restaurant and bar, tennis courts, two near-Olympic size swimming pools, Gym, pool table and children's playground. These facilities are all free to visitors except the golf. This is a gated community with a security guard at the gate from 6pm/6am. Super Wal-Mart, bank, petrol and many restaurants are a just short walk away.
