Beermonsters MCC was formed nearly 15 years ago. We are a group of like minded party animals who are into everything to do with motorbikes and the lifestyle that goes with them but we are primarily a rally club. We have members as far a field as Cumbria, Hampshire and Scotland. We have made friends everywhere we have been. We like to get involved in everything we can in the world of motorcycling including entering a team in the BMF Moped Endurance race event at the Memba Rally, manning a control for the National Rally in aid of Mencap and of course designing and building our own drag bike....more of that on the drag page. JOIN US - If your interested in being a 'Beermonster' please come along to one of our meetings and meet the gang. After a trial period you will be voted in and will be able to take advantage of all the benefits of a full member and even help run the club if you fancy it.

Meetings

We meet every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at The Bilton Cricket Club in Harrogate.

Rally's

Yes please! We love 'em. We try to get to as many as possible, any invites? We managed to get a record 35 members to the Dragonslayers rally 2002. One of our founder members, Jan, does one virtually every week! We can be quite sophisticated sometimes you know, just ask about the cheese and wine parties! Midge is our Rally Secretary.

Hand Pulled

The 'Hand Pulled' rally is ours. We are doing it for the 12th year in 2007. Come along - it should be a good crack! For info & tickets please see our Rally Page.

Girlies

We are very lucky to have an unusually high number of lasses in the club, (did I say that right?) Most of the girls ride there own bikes and have passed or are about to take their test. Wish 'em luck! So ladies, don't feel left out, our membership is pretty even.

Drag Racing!

Another popular pass-time for some of our members. Martyn is our resident drag bike builder. After last seasons project based on a Weslake Triumph, they have decided to build something a bit serious for this year! They are building a methanol fueled, single cylinder beastie, yeeehaaa! You will see us at the Straightliners events, especially Elvington, York.

Charity Stuff

We support several charities, the main one being the Yorkshire Air Ambulance based at Leeds/Bradford airport.
