A newly built spacious 3-bedroom house, with own pool, which can sleep 6/8 comfortably, located in the popular Villa Martin area, which is located near Torrevieja Spain. The property is fully alarmed and has a personal safe to keep money and passports in. The house is fully cleaned before arrival, with all clean bed linen and towels provided.

Two bedrooms have access to a balcony, which have views across the surrounding area and Torrevieja coastline

The Kitchen consists of a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob, and all other accessories needed for a fully self-catering holiday.

The large lounge dining area has a sofa bed which provides additional accommodation. For entertainment there is a Large TV, DVD player, and CD player. There are oil and gas heaters for those winter months.

The 3rd Bedroom is situated downstairs and has twin beds, a wardrobe for storage, bedside table with lamp.

The Main Bedroom has a double bed, plus ample space for a travel cot. Two bedside tables with lamps, a large fitted wardrobe, oil heater, and a chest of drawers for clothes. The bedroom also has its own Sun terrace looking out to the front of the property.

The 2nd Bedroom upstairs has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and cupboard for storage. Also there is a door leading to a large south facing sun terrace, with views of the water fountain and pool area.

The Bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over bath, toilet, bidet and large sink and vanity area.

The Villa come with it's own 7M x 3.5M pool which is situated next to the side of the Villa. The pool is deep enough for both adults and children (supervised by adults at all times) to swim freely. The pool at it's deepest is circa 1.6M and shallowest about 1.2M, it is served by a complex filtering system making sure that the quality is always at a high standard.
