Cambridge area Locum GP & GPwSI in Palliative Care

My rates are £150 per session (up to 2 hours), £300 per half day (up to 4 hours), £600 per full day (up to 8 hours), extra time charged pro rata,cancellations within 30 days charged in full (at my discretion). I am on the Cambridgeshire Primary Care Trust Medical Performers List.
GMC, Family Planning, MDDUS, RCGP, JCPTGP, Disclosure,
Counselling, MBBS, Basic Life Saving (CPR). Diploma in Palliative Medicine.
