What is Becker MD
Becker muscular dystrophy is a genetic disorder, which cause muscle weakness
first recognised in 1956 and is now known to be a much milder variant of the
better known Duchenne type of md.
This was the topic of the talk given by Dr John Mc Conville a Consultant Neurologist at the Belfast Becker Event at the moment these are just my notes but will be expanded on very soon –I will type up exactly what he said as I recorded it on an MP3 .
