Born in 1970, I'm old enough to know that motorcycle racing is a sport/disease that should be avoided, as it destroys your relationship with your bank manager ,and everything else comes second to it. Fortunately I am not smart enough to know any better.
After a fun first season on a GSXR 400, the next two seasons can only be described as "up and down" for 2003, and a "total non starter" for 2004. I actually had some FUN in 2005 and 2006 by doing the KRC endurance championship, finishing 3rd in the class D campionship in 2006.
I am very much into anything retro,particularly Atari games from the 70's and 80's and am the proud owner of a 1981 Centipede cabinet which i relive my youth on in moments of drunken nostalgia.
I'm determined to take the cabinet to a race meeting one day and set it up in a pit garage..that would be hilarious...it might even pay for the entry fees if i let other people have a go!
