Dear Tim and the Band,

It was very special to have you and your band play for Sara and I at our wedding. The ceremony and wedding breakfast were fantastic and I was doubtful the occasion could get any better but then the Interns arrived!!! You made that night one to remember and all our family and friends have said the same. We were all astounded by the quality of your music and you certainly got people dancing faster than I have ever seen at any other wedding. We were especially amazed by the two songs that were requested that did not form part of your gig list but even so, following 10 minutes practice outside the venue, the Interns delivered each song so utterly brilliantly they will forever be a memory of our special day. Looking back now, two months on, Sara and I wish that night could have gone on forever. I am quite certain that everyone would still be dancing. I feel it is important to say that while the talent and quality of your band is outstanding, what made the night so special was your friendliness and warmth in dealing with our guests and giving them a truly special and personal experience. Thank you so much for such a great party. Anyone out there looking for a band for their wedding should book you without a single moments thought, safe in the knowledge that they can relax and look forward to a truly amazing evening. With some trepidation we booked The Interns for our wedding on the 14th June on the recommendation of a friend and after listening to the CD. Our nervousness was based upon the fact that they seemded such good value compared to other bands we had looked at previously. Thankfully our fears were totally unfounded and they were absolutely fantastic on the night. Originally we had planned for them to play for just an hour and then let the DJ takeover but we were so impressed that we gave them an extra 30 minutes (it would have been a lot longer but then we started feeling sorry for the DJ...). They even managed to get people up dancing who usually stay seated all night! Thanks The Interns for contributing towards the best day of our lives. Regards, Kieran & Kerry.”

What a fantastic night! My feet have only just stopped hurting after dancing all night (literally!) to the band. Everyone kept saying 'aren't the band great' and of course I said YES. I can't believe how well the evening went, you really made it for me and all the folks. Your set list was excellent - there was something for everyone, and the dance floor was full all evening. I was probably a bad host - I couldn't stop dancing! Thanks to all of you for really making the night for me and all the guests. It was just the best I could have wished for. Lancashire County Cricket Club – Summer Ball

Thank you all so much for playing at our summer ball on 30th June in aid
of Cancer Research UK. I couldn’t have wished for a nicer group of people
and what talent, you have it all! Everyone enjoyed the great mix of music
and the sight of the dance floor being full all night says it all. People are
still talking about what a great night it was and I really hope you can do it
again for us, as soon as we have some dates I will be in touch.

2 December 06 - Bolton Arts College - Eve and Aiden wedding

Dear Tim and the rest of The Interns
Can I just say that we've just had our first viewing of the wedding video and you
lot come up trumps.

On the night you were not just a talented, well rehearsed band that
looked the business but you really made it personal ... about us.
That meant a lot and made our night. With a tough crowd, in terms of
musical taste, we just had to keep getting the tables moved back to
allow more people on the dance-floor. Superb

We do not know a lot of people up North, but if you post this on your
site then I would recommend you to anyone who is looking for a band
to make their wedding special.

We had a great day & The Interns made for a grand finale,everybody loved the band,
but I am sure you could tell that as the dance floor was packed with people from
when you 1st started playing right through to your last number!

Eve & Aidan are on honeymoon at the moment,in Thailand (very nice),

A massive thank you to everyone in the band last night. We had the best time
ever. I really appreciated the fact that you played for so long and so late

Just wanted to send a big thank you, to you and the rest of the band for the fantastic evening at Wythenshawe Hall on 3rd June.
Everyone was really impressed with the music and we have had loads of positive feedback. The bands performance and the range of music was second to none and it helped make for a memorable evening.

FANTASTIC!!! We had the most brilliant night - thank you so much! You were absolutely brilliant and so talented!! Thomas (my son) was outside the front of the house on Sunday morning cleaning his van and he said about 10 people (neighbours) went by and said how terrific the music was! They couldn't believe it was "live"!!

Just wanted to say a huge "thank you" to you ALL - you made the party for me - a birthday I shall always remember. My friends want to re-live the whole night and do it all over again.

You are all super stars.... I'm so glad I asked Di and Bern if they knew of any bands - it must have been fate!!

Brian's 40th gig 30th October
Organising a band is always a bit of a lottery, you make the calls, have a look at loads of info, agree a price and cross your fingers for what turns up.

Well I guess on this occasion our 6 numbers came up !. The band were professional in all aspects, especially and most important of all, the sound. The first thing anyone says about my birthday do is "what a great band". It's almost a forgone conclusion that we'll be using them again (as soon as we can think of a good excuse to book them !).

The only downside of the evening......they couldn't stay to see the dawn in!!

A great performance, and great value. Thoroughly recommended

Just a quick note of thanks for your efforts on Sunday. The sound quality throughout the day was very high as a result of your set up. We all thoroughly enjoyed The Interns performance - and in the words of Mark Knopfler, I didn't
realise you could make the six string "cry and sing"!
