We are a registered tenants group situated in WEST LEEDS, comprising of 2 high rise multi-storey blocks of flats each with 60 properties with an even mix of 1 and 2 bedroom appartments. We hold regular tenants meetings to discuss issues affecting both blocks on any subject that can improve our environment or repairs to properties. We have a good working relationship with WEST NORTH WEST HOMES LEEDS, the local Housing Office and Local Ward Councillors. We have a CONSTITUTION and are managed by a COMMITTEE. We hold RESIDENTS MEETINGS on the 2nd TUESDAY OF ODD MONTHS i.e. Jan; March May etc. and COMMITTEE MEETINGS on the 2nd TUESDAY of EVEN MONTHS i.e. Feb; April; June etc. All meetings are open meetings.
