1) Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
We have the standard public liability insurance. Only bouncers that are specifically hired out for adults are insured for adult use. (Full details available on request).
2) How long do we have the bouncer for?
We usually deliver between 08:30 and 11:00am for a party at a private house, but we can be flexible to suit requirements. We can normally pick up the bouncer late into the evening, or sometimes the next morning. Quotes for full weekends or longer periods can be obtained.
3) What do I have to do before you arrive?
Please ensure the site is clean, and free of sharp stones, childrens toys etc... Access should be clear before we get to you. Any help carrying items to the site is always welcome. You will have been given an idea of the area needed for the bouncer/inflatable - please check this before confirmation of booking, especially any overhanging branches, bushes, etc... that may be in the way.
Please remember it is an insurance requirement that bouncers are pegged to the ground. Occasionally we can go over an area of patio etc, but will need to use a larger rope to secure to the ground at some point. We do ask our customers to put balls into bouncers, and take them out prior to collection, to keep time, and costs down.
4) Can adults use the bouncers?
Only bouncers/inflatables specifically hired out for adults may be used by adults. Adults can damage children's bouncers/inflatables, and often have injuries. If there is evidence that adults have used childrens bouncers/inflatables, causing noticeable wear, they will be asked to pay repair costs. (Bouncers/inflatables repairs are expensive). Adult bouncers/inflatables are covered by Adult public liability insurance.
5) What happens if it rains?
Our policy is that bouncers/inflatables can be cancelled if bad weather is imminent, and we will not charge. If the bouncer/inflatable is delivered on the request of the customer, and it rains during the booking, the full cost will be charged, and the customer will be asked to take certain measures to minimise water getting inside the inflatable, especially if kept overnight.
6) Can bouncers be put into Halls?
Yes, we often take bouncers to halls in the winter, and all year round. Please check the size of the hall, particulary the height before booking. (We know most of the halls, in our area), and check that bouncers are allowed in the hall. In halls we obviously use ample safety mats.
Note: Still something you don't understand? Then discuss the issue with Pete or Nadine on the 01256 781893.
