All members of the club contribute to its running. Members are expected to regularly take part in our meetings and rideouts, and support us at the events we arrange such as Parties, Charity Events and Club Stalls.
To join us, you'll need to come along to a meeting, (we'll be very pleased to see you), and fill in a contact form. After 3 months, you'll know if we are the club for you. At that point, if you still wish to become a member, you'll be asked to complete a membership form. On receipt of the application members of the committee will discuss your application. If you are successful, and most are, you'll be asked to pay the annual subscription, and you'll receive your membership card and Sew on Badge shortly afterwards.
Membership of The Thames Vale Vultures costs £15 for new members which includes a club Sew on Badge, and £12 for existing members. Membership runs from January to January*. We also charge subs of £1 per person every Meeting or Rideout. All monies go only towards the running of the Club.

*New members joining part way through a year will be discounted £1 for each full month that has passed. For example if you join us in May you'll be charged £15 less £4 making your joining fee £11.
