February 2004
This week has been
very busy for Mummy with her calling, with births and deaths in the ward. Scott has enjoyed going back to school after
the half term break. Elizabeth and Emily have also enjoyed playing with their friends
at toddler group which is up and running again.
We did have some fun when it snowed again on
Friday. You can see the pictures of our snowman that we built with our neighbours
in the picture
gallery.
On Saturday Nikki
came over to baby-sit Scott, Elizabeth and Emily while Mummy and Daddy went to

Emily is doing
really well with her walking around; she is trying to start running now and
doing really well at it. At church today
Mummy was teaching Sunday School and Emily was loving
walking around the chapel, keeping Daddy on his toes. She likes to put her arms out behind her so
she looks like an aeroplane as she totters around. She has come on really well in the last month
and is now walking more than she crawls.
She is probably trying to keep up with her brother and sister!!!
We have had a couple
of weeks of us all being poorly sick, Mummy’s been ill, Daddy’s been suffering
with his asthma and we have all had colds and earaches but we have still had
some fun in between it all. Grandma C came down to see us while Mummy was ill
and was here for Valentines Day, how convenient eh? Scott got all the girls in house a red rose
for valentines, it cost him a fortune. Also
Scott and Elizabeth made and sent cards to their friends, which was very enjoyable
for them.
Mummy got a lovely bunch of flowers and some
concert tickets, Sting in May and Shania
Twain for the Tuesday after Valentines,
because Daddy knows how impatient she is.
Grandma B came up to baby-sit us when Mummy and
Daddy went to
On Thursday mummy
took us children to the
Busy day for Mummy
today, she had to go off to church early this morning as she had a meeting this
time. Daddy got to stay at home and get
the children ready. Then the Whitehouse’s came over for dinner and playing,
they were busy talking with Mummy and Daddy but the children played with Eddie,
and they loved it.

We all went to Serendipities today as we are
known to do on a Saturday. We have put
some pictures in the website gallery
of our day there. After we got back from Serendipities we decided to go for
dinner at The Harvester so we called Uncle Gary and Aunty Lindsay and asked
them to come along. Look at
Mummy had her first Usbourne Book party, it was a good but not a fantastic
start, I don’t think Daddy can quit his job just
yet.
Today we all met
Uncle Christopher’s girlfriend Kim who arrived back from
Today we met up with
Mummy’s friend Kelly and we all went swimming at The Quays in
Today Scott has been
moved into the advanced group in his swimming class as he is getting more and
more confident.
Today is Emily’s
birthday she is now a big grown up 1 year old.
The day started with us all gathering for breakfast and giving Emily her
birthday presents from Scott and Elizabeth.
Then we sent Daddy off to work and Scott off to Chatterbox and then we
all went to baby-group. Lots of playtime and fun but hard work for Mummy. In the afternoon Emily had some of her
friends over for her birthday party and between the five under-ones and 3
over-twos they completely trashed the place.
But they did have a lot of fun doing it.
Loads of mess is the mark of a good party. We have put some pictures of the party today
and yesterday in the gallery
Today has been a
