News Site updated and back on old domain name. Gone are the maps replaced with GPS routes for those of you that have the software, but a map of the whole of the SouthDowns can be brought here. New route added for Kent Introduction This site aims to provide the cross country mountain biker, a few of the best off road rides along the South Downs and beyond. The rides are graded into Easy, Medium and Hard, although some of the hard rides will turn out to be epic during the wet weather!. Also a few rides that are winter friendly have been added, so there is no excuse to not get out and ride. Enjoy!. The site is split between rides on the South Downs and North Downs which are listed Easy, Medium and Hard and can be better located on the main map, all of these can be reached by car within 1hr from Brighton!. Those rides which are further away are named and probably require a weekend or more to get too from the South Coast or even a plane ride.
