PARKING: This will be at Low North Park (GR: SE947953) venue of the White Rose 2003. Hard standing parking - parking fee £2.00
DIRECTIONS: The event will be signposted from the A171 at GR 956995 and from the A170 at GR: SE989849.
TERRAIN: Terrain: The competition area includes complex and highly detailed hillsides, mixed Forestry Commission plantation, intricate open moorland and mature fast runnable beech forest. Some of the area was used for White Rose 2003.
For elite M/W18's aiming for JWOC 2005 selection, Barns Cliff offers many similarities to Swiss terrain with steep, rocky, runnable forest and courses have been planned with this in mind. Therefore, as it is a selection race, the JW5L and JM5L may be longer than BOF recommendations for regional events

SAFETY: Competitors take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety, however those travelling alone should leave their car keys and particulars at the 'Information Point'.
Cagoules and whistles are recommended and may be compulsory in the case of bad weather.
CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, changes will be posted on the EBOR website or available by ringing the Organiser.
