A technical area of deciduous and coniferous woodland,
used for the White Rose event in 2002. Mainly hilly, with considerable contour
and rock detail. There is significant seasonal undergrowth in places, although
the courses will be planned to minimise the effect of this. |

White to Brown, graded according to technical
difficulty, eg. White = very easy, to Brown = very difficult. Pre-marked
maps. Please provide your own transparent plastic map bag. Unfortunately
there will be no string course for the very young. |

| SAFETY: |
Competitors take part at their own risk and are
responsible for their own safety, however those travelling alone should leave
their car keys and particulars at the 'Information Point'. Cagoules and
whistles are recommended and may be compulsory in the case of bad weather.
