PARKING: GR SE 508817, signed from Kilburn Village
TERRAIN: A technical area of deciduous and coniferous woodland, used for the White Rose event in 2002. Mainly hilly, with considerable contour and rock detail. There is significant seasonal undergrowth in places, although the courses will be planned to minimise the effect of this.
MAP: 1:10000 5m contours, 2001. Minor revision by Steve Whitehead 2002
COURSES: White to Brown, graded according to technical difficulty, eg. White = very easy, to Brown = very difficult.
Pre-marked maps. Please provide your own transparent plastic map bag.
Unfortunately there will be no string course for the very young.

ENTRIES: On the day only. SI Electronic punching will be used at this event. SI cards (dibbers) will be available for hire.

SAFETY: Competitors take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety, however those travelling alone should leave their car keys and particulars at the 'Information Point'. Cagoules and whistles are recommended and may be compulsory in the case of bad weather.
CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, changes will be posted on the EBOR website or available by ringing the Organiser.
