You will need;

comes with your van or a 2 quid disposable BBQ & something to stand
it on,
a sharp knife, a bowl, a kettle full of boiling water, a
skillet, plates & knives & forks to serve.
Ingredients; a brace of Partridge, a
couple of nice rashers of bacon, butter,
French bread, a smooth
Brussels pate, a couple of limes,
a packet of Smash or other instant
mashed potato, salt & pepper
& a pot of Cranberry Jelly.
Spread the birds with butter, season
with salt & pepper & wrap each bird in a rasher of bacon.
Secure the bacon in place using
baking bands & squeeze the juice of one of the limes over the birds.
Spray the two halves of the skillet
with oil & heat up to inferno heat, add the prepared birds,
put the
two halves together & turn the heat down all the way to simmer
-
these will take about 30 minutes.
After about 20 mins, add a couple of
slices of French bread to the skillet together with the other lime,
cut into slices.
Boil the kettle & prepare the
mashed potato in the bowl according to the instructions on the packet.
To serve; Spread the pate onto the
hot French bread,
