Traidcraft is a fair-trade organisation with its headquarters in Gateshead which uses reps to sell its goods around the country. Pippa Arnold is one such 'fair trader', based in Hitchin, Herts. Fair trade is about redressing the inbalance of power between the developed and developing worlds, and giving third world producers of the things we buy a fairer deal, a larger slice of the cake.
We have a monthly stall at Christchurch in Hitchin, Herts. on the second Saturday of each month, from 1030 - 1200, and on the following day after the morning service.
