The Shieling is a very spacious and bright, single-storey, luxury, detached property. It is highly recommended for its excellent location with magnificent sea views towards Coquet Island and Warkworth Castle.

Based in a tranquil setting in the rural grounds of Eastfield Hall, this delightful lodge, newly built and tastefully decorated, provides high standard accommodation with a feature floor to roof window and a vaulted ceiling. It is finished to a high standard with quality furnishings and fittings and has a large lawn and gravel garden. It has doors to an attractive conservatory with views towards the sea. The Shieling sleeps six in three comfortable, harmonious bedrooms, one en-suite and two with sea views.

Well insulated, warm and cosy with oil-fired central heating the Shieling is an ideal base for a family holiday and a cosy retreat for a stress free, relaxing break in winter or summer.

The property is very centrally located for touring the inland areas of Northumbria and the Heritage Coast. Bamburgh beach, recently named the best beach in the UK, and the Farne Islands are close by. Picturesque Warkworth village with its restaurants, inns, small shops, river, beach and ancient castle a mere two miles away. Boat trips to the RSPB reserve on Coquet Island leave from Amble, three miles away. Historic Alnwick with its spectacular garden and castle, recently made famous by their appearance in Harry Potter films, are five miles away and the bus to Alnwick passes the entrance to the grounds.
