The photos on this page are to try and explain how to determine your tarantulas gender from the cast skin (exuvium). the photos on this page are of tarantulas with a leg span of at least 3" that is as good as my camera would permit. the following photos will try to show what you need to look for, although on smaller specimens a magnifying lens will be required. I will try to add more photos as my tarantula's moult.
