How do I register?

If you would like to register as a patient for Psionic analysis and treatment you will need to complete a questionnaire and consent form and send both of these BY POST to the practice address, along with a cheque for £40 and a sample of your hair or fingernail clippings. These can be secured by a piece of selotape in an envelope.
