Both traditional and modern needlework is covered in this group. We endeavour to introduce a new project each year whilst recognising that some members prefer to continue with their own work in progress.

2nd Wednesday of the month

The course will include: the study of traditional and continental design; seasonal celebratory arrangements; drying/preserving plant material; plant identification. All abilities welcome. Beginners given help and encouragement.

A small group for people who would like to have a go at bobbin lace. Beginners and experienced lacemakers invited. Bobbins and cushions can be borrowed to start with.
