Readers are invited to comment on the content of the COP, to raise questions arising from the COP and to contribute information which may be of interest to other readers. Input by email to thatpistolbook@ntlworld.com will be responded to by the author or by acknowledged experts. Agreed amendments will be incorporated at the next available publication date of the COP.

Amendments to Issue 1 of the COP:

The only significant error identified is to be found on page 74, para 5.0 (b). The 5th line should read:
'Note that these figures are well above that which might etc…. Virtually all copies distributed have been changed by hand.

A number of typo's and formatting changes have also been identified, which do not affect the meaning or comprehension of the COP. These will be incorporated at Issue 2.
