"If every picture
tells a story,
make sure it tells a good one."
How we think:
At Epic we know that pictures can speak a thousand words, good
and bad. We also know that pictures can do so much more.
We craft our images to not just speak, but to converse with, and even
seduce their viewers. How do we do this? For a start we are not your average
mob of paint jockeys and pixel pushers. Our designs come from a broad
palette of razor sharp creative talent, up-to-date consumer psychology,
advertising philosophy, cutting-edge technology, and a practical knowledge
of your desired audience.
We know that’s all very well to be cool and trendy, but when your
customers need to be reassured of your reliability, stability, and professionalism
it can take a little more than a shirt with a collar and your old school
tie to give the right impression.
"Bells and whistles can make a party but ruin a concert."
Your customers and potential customers should be the first people you
think about when putting together any type of marketing material, and
that includes your website. Who is it supposed to be influencing at the
end of the day? It is critical that any imagery you use is appropriate
and engaging to the right people - your customers.
Fortunately at Epic we don’t just deal in graphics (though we really
do love them) we also use our knowledge of consumer trends and psychology
to engineer ruthlessly efficient marketing campaigns, and write killer
copy (yes, we’re very good with words too!).
We’re
not cowboys (or cowgirls)
Here at Epic our experience is understandably broad, but occasionaly we
do get offered a project that is just a little more than we can fit in
our mouths all at once, and we feel no shame in referring you to an alternative,
or more specialised operation. We know that this is a healthy way to do
business. It improves our relationships with our partners, it maintains
our reputation of honesty and integrity, it means that we don’t
have any bad work in our portfolio. Most important of all, for us any
way, it means that we don’t have dissatisfied customers.
We love satisfied customers.
We love satisfied customers because:
- they recommend us to their friends,
- they know we’ll do a great job before we even start on it.
- when they need anything else they’ll come to us first.
