Quick Info for ISE

Dump the following files within Mac HD:System Folder:

• MacTCP DNR

Dump the following files within Mac HD:System Folder:Preferences: 

• Internet preferences
• Modem preferences
• Open Transport (a folder)
• Remote Access (a folder)
• TCP/IP preferences

For specific Web browsing issues, also delete these files within Mac HD:System Folder:Preferences:

• MS Internet Cache (a folder)
• Explorer (a folder) (see note)
• Explorer Control (a folder)
• PPC Registration Database
  

NOTE: When deleting the Explorer folder above, make sure to save the Favorites.html file within in order to keep the bookmarks!

Reboot after dumping these preferences and reconfigure in the following order...

1. Apple > Control Panels > Modem
2. Apple > Control Panels > TCP/IP
3. Apple > Control Panels > Remote Access
4. Apple > Control Panels > Internet (if necessary)
