Apple Safari (return to index)

Safari is Apple's own free Web browser, it can be used by any Mac that runs at least OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) and it is now the default Web browser on Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther).  Positive features of Safari include its speed of use, built-in popup blocker, built-in Google search bar and tabbed browsing.

Safari can be launched from the Applications folder or from the compass icon in the Dock.
