Mac Outlook Express 5.x Error 7010

This error can occur if Outlook Express is trying to receive mail using SPA (Secure Password Authentication).  To resolve the problem...

• Go to Tools > Accounts > [your account]
• Click on Click here for advanced receiving options
• Untick Always use secure password
