Mac Outlook Express 5.x Error 5530

This error can occur if Outlook Express is trying to send mail using authenticated SMTP through a mail server that does not support this feature.  To resolve the problem...

• 1) Go to Tools > Accounts > [your account]
• 2) Click on Click here for advanced sending options
• 3) Untick SMTP server requires authentication
