Press the Apple-Shift-Caps Lock-4 key combination. The cursor changes to a small black target symbol. Clicking inside any open window grabs just that window.
NOTE: The screen capture is stored as a file called Picture [number] directly within the Mac HD. The file is stored in PICT format and be viewed in SimpleText. PICT files are not viewable by default on PCs.
