Feeling tired?
Unable to sleep properly?

            Need time for yourself?

Then maybe REFLEXOLOGY can help you.

Reflexology treatment is a massage of the feet
which applies gentle pressure to the reflex points
related to the whole body.
It helps restore the body's natural balances
and encourages the body and mind to relax.
Reflexology may help a wide range of conditions
in addition to those mentioned above.

Hello, let me introduce myself.
I'm Catherine Redman, a qualified Reflexologist.
I am a full Member of the AoR
and have the Diploma in Reflexology from the
International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies (IIHHT).
All my working life has been spent in the caring professions,
as a qualified Social Worker working mainly with people
with disabilities, and developing my counselling skills.

At the bottom of this page is an article from Woman & Home magazine
of June 2003 which explains in brief why I became a Reflexologist.

Having come to appreciate the benefits that Reflexology can bring,
I am delighted now to be able to offer these treatments to you.

My practice is run from my home in Fleet, Hampshire
where I can provide treatments in a calm and relaxing environment.
The cost of treatment is as follows:

Initial consultation and treatment - 1hr 15min           £25
Subsequent full treatments - 1 hr                               £25
Children - under 16 years of age                                £15

Treatment is available during the weekday,
and on some evenings and weekends.
