Five separate utilities are provided in one program:

	User List > Text File generates a list of all local users giving details of their mailbag number, MMF file size and the number of e-mails waiting for them.
	Mailbag > Text File identifies the owner of any mailbag and creates a list of all e-mails referenced within it, plus useful details of each.
	Network > Text File generates a complete list of all the external postoffices (including gateways) known to the local postoffice, giving various details about each.
	Stranded Mail Report searches for e-mails that are present on the postoffice but are not referenced in any mailbag (a common problem that soaks up disc space).
	SMTP Addresses > Text File produces a text file containing a list of all SMTP addresses registered with the postoffice (useful for remote users).

This program has been written using Microsoft Visual Basic version 3.0, so it will run under 16 or 32 bit Windows operating systems (Windows 3.x or Windows 95/98/Me, NT/2000). If you do not already have the file "VBRun300.DLL" on your machine (probably in the "Windows\System" directory) then you will need to obtain a copy from Microsoft (226K). If that fails try searching the web for "VBrun300" or (as a last resort) e-mail me and I'll send you a copy.

An unregistered copy is fully functional and allows you to try it for a period of 30 days (it will disable access 60 days after you first execute it). The registration fee is £20 for a single licence with reductions for greater quantities. Please select either a single USER licence or a single POSTOFFICE licence. USER licences are for installation on a single machine and can be used to administer as many post-offices as you wish. POSTOFFICE licences are for installation on the same network as the post-office and can be used from as many machines or by as many people as you wish. The cost is the same the choice only affects how the licence reads and how you are entitled to use it. I will take the licensee's details from the delivery address if it is different from the card holder's details. If this is not correct please give details in the 'comments to vendor' section of the order form.
