We are constantly amazed at the number of case we come across where people are entitled to tax refunds.  Are you one of them?

All you need to do is contact us to discuss your tax position.  You will need to let us have details of your income and deductions.  A full list of the information needed is listed here.  Remember that you can go back up to six years.

If we discover that you have overpaid tax, we will give you an estimate of the amount due to you.  We can then prepare the repayment claim and submit it to the Inland Revenue.

Only if the claim is successful do we charge a fee.  This is normally based on a percentage of the tax refund plus interest.  In this way, you do not have any financial risk.  Our fee is paid for by the tax man!

Here are some of the tax refunds we have obtained:

• £19,790.62 for a couple who had completed their tax returns incorrectly for six years.
• £692.31 for a widow plus £497.92 from tax overpaid by her late husband's estate.
• A tax bill of £6,500 turned into a refund of £464.05 for a retired nurse.
