The lodge is located on the edge of Dartmoor National Park in the upper Teign Valley. Accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite, open plan kitchen and lounge diner.
Bordered by the
river Teign and surrounded by accessible woodland, which adjoins National Trust
forestry. It has been awarded the
David Bellamy Conservation Award, and is a SSSI site. (special site of
scientific interest).
The veranda has table and chairs and a gas barbeque, there is a charcoal barbeque under the lodge for those wishing a more open air lifestyle.
The swimming pool is open in the high season and is heated, children must be supervised. There is a small area with swings and slide on the site.
