Swim Stroke Correction
Beginners to GB Age Group Team

The Sales Pitch.
Containing accurate motion sensors and our unique software algorithms, the Pool-Mate
automatically recognises swim strokes and laps so you don't have to count anymore.
From recreational lap swimmer to professional Olympian, the Pool-Mate can help your
training. Leaving the lap counting to the Pool-Mate lets you concentrate on your
swimming.
As well as lap counting the Pool-Mate will do much more. It will display and store
Session Time, Average Strokes per lap, Speed, Distance, Calories and Efficiency.
In addition to the statistics for the overall session it will record the same data
for each individual set so you can see how all these metrics change through a swim
session. You can even time your rest periods between sets. All data is stored in
a large memory for review during or after a swim session. The Pool-Mate is available
in two colour options - grey/blue (as pictured) or black/blue, for just £69.99 plus
postage and packing.
Now you don't have to count- the Pool-Mate does it for you - JUST £69.99 plus p&p

Our Review of the Pool-Mate.
Our order for the watch was Internet placed and 24 hours later it was with us, so good supply service. This was the same good service carried on from Swimovate (Lisa) when the watch’s launch was delayed by a few weeks. Updates were sent out to apologise for the delay and so there is no reason to think that this type of response will change if you have a problem.
The watch has a one piece moulded strap which is a soft feel plastic with four small operating buttons at each corner. The two main buttons are the top left which is the Mode change and the bottom left which is the Start/Pause/Stop. The watch Information digits are large and easy to see. Normal date and time is the default screen. A back light is also included.
A small amount of setting up is needed along with the date and time this includes which arm you will be using your body weight and the length of the swimming pool in metres. All of these can be changed at any time.
It was then off to the pool to try it out.

This set shows part of the session recorded (1x500 m then 8 x 100 m ) Shown are the results of the 500 m swim. The same results are also available for each of the 8 x 100 m sets.
