It is aimed primarily at Triathletes beginning there open water swimming with the aim of installing confidence and the basic skills that are needed out of the controlled environment of a swimming pool.
There are many reasons that make an open water swim far different from a swimming pool and so these sessions show how to cope, and be aware of what is going to happen once the hooter goes at the start of your first open water Triathlon.
It is all done at your pace and tailored for you.
So when you then come out of the water into Transition 1 smiling & ready for the bike then that’s what this is all about.
