1-2-1 Private lane coaching with Graham can be arranged most weekends. Underwater and above video work can also be undertaken with feedback via a portable monitor.
Post swim discussion with suggested drills and further practises to undertake complete with a DVD of your swimming is included in the cost.

These sessions have the advantage of being specific to your requirements and needs. All these sessions can be modified to suit the swimmer. All strokes including starts and turns if required can be worked on. 
A small question/feedback will be asked before the coaching to allow total tailoring of the session and the best quality use of the water time.

Cost per hour is £36 which includes lane hire, coaching, video work, post session review and unlimited email support post session.
Also included is a free open water session during the summer in Dover Harbour to complement your triathlon swim training.

Please note this is not per person but per hour regardless of swimmer numbers.
