Jill Cliff won her triple 2012 age group title at the Big Cow British triathlon middle distance triathlon. Jill in the previous weeks had also claimed the sprint and standard distance titles.

Team Swim-
We will be teaching water awareness, water safety and basic swimming all in a fun progressive way. The children come from a poor area of Mombasa and this will be their first encounter with swimming.
