1st September 2009: Alison and Julie gain slots to represent the GB age group sprint triathlon team in Athlone Ireland next year in the 2010 European Triathlon Championships.

1st October 2009: Another age group Triathlon win for Alison at the Ardes in Belgium Triathlon.  Exiting the water in 2nd just behind the leader she took the lead on the bike and continued to hold the position to the finish line. A nice way to finish off the 2009 race season.

10th October 2009: It’s always nice to have feedback from triathlete’s who have used our service’s, here is one of our latest from Dan.

“I know we've done results and reports but I've just done a quick count and realised I was in the top 10% in the swim.
I had a great swim on Sunday (drafted and felt good all way round) but that is just ridiculous.
In June last year at UK70.3 I was in the bottom 10% (just shy of 49 minutes). So yey me obviously but also encouraging for any other recent swim learners that it does get easier.
Must big up my man Graham from Swim-tech here as his one pool based lesson and then subsequent free open water session this summer were sooooo helpful in transforming my swim. Far and away the best money I have ever spent on the sport.”
