     Three telephone and one e-mail help lines
     Three or more newsletters to our membership annually
     Meetings
     Help with statementing for children
     Dyslexic assessments for 7 to 12 year olds (COPs)
     Advice and assistance with all dyslexia related problems
     Befriender assistance for members only
