Project Initiation - we will work with the project owner/sponsor to produce a Project Inititation Document (PID). This document, or at least the work involved in producing it, is key to a project's success. Project Management - is provided on a Consultancy basis. Take this opportunity to transfer project skills to one of your employees with one-to-one coaching, mentoring and guidance in a live project situation. Project Rescue - we will work with the project owner/sponsor to identify your project's aims and its products (outputs), following on from which an evaluation of the current situation will take place. An Action Plan will be drawn up identifying what needs to be done to ensure the project's success.
