Buckinghamshire Railway Centre : Quainton

Old Style Adult TicketsVisited : Christmas '97 & Summer '99

Their Website :- Buckinghamshire Railway Centre

Summary

A medium size set-up with a very short track run.

New Style Child TicketSite

A strange site, split in half by the still used British Rail main line. You cross the line on a footbridge.

During our '99 visit, it was undergoing a major building program, so the main car park is small. We had to park in a field and walk a short distance.

Ride

Shorter than we expected.  It goes back and forth a few times to make you feel you had your money's worth.
