Visited : Christmas '97 & Summer '99
Their Website :- Buckinghamshire Railway Centre
A medium size set-up with a very short track run.
SiteA strange site, split in half by the still used British Rail main line. You cross the line on a footbridge.
During our '99 visit, it was undergoing a major building program, so the main car park is small. We had to park in a field and walk a short distance.
Shorter than we expected. It goes back and forth a few times to make you feel you had your money's worth.

Many small tank engines. Only large engines are static displays.
Small collection.
A couple, both small, but at least you were allowed some limited access.
Small room with assorted bits and bobs
Fair size.
You buy your food from a converted carriage and eat it in an American subway car !
Old Fashioned
