New rides since it first opened

• Imagination Skyride (reworked in 2002)
• Duplo Miniature Train ride (replacing the unpopular sandpits).
• Sky Tower.
• Dragon Ride.
• Balloon School ('99)
• X-treme Challenge ('99)
• Dragon's Apprentice ('99)
• Waver Surfer (2000)
• Lego Racers (2001)
• Jungle Coaster (2004)
• Dino Rider (2005)
• Dino Safari (2005)
• Fire Academy (2005)

New areas since it first opened

• Castleland didn't exist for the first few years
• Adventure Land didn't formally appear until 2004, although the Waver Surfer existed before it.
• Giant Technics Dinosaur model was new in 98(?)
• Creation Centre was new in 2001
• Miniland driving area (Le Mans and Dragsters) appeared in 2002.

Changes since it first opened

May rides and buildings are often changed.

• The I-Spy Express became the Adventurers Express with new models (2002) and was re-worked again into the Orient Express with further new models in 2005.
• The Sky Ride karts have changed.  The peddles have gone, a safety bar has appeared, a height limit imposed and it now goes anticlockwise (2002).  Later the height limit disappeared !
• The first maze is currently just a walk through path.
• Use of water in the amazing mazes has changed.
• The shops in the Imagination Centre have been changed and/or moved about.
• All the shows have changed slightly.
• The Boat ride has had a loop taken out.
• Duplo playground has had its age limit removed.
• The Technics Motor Bike area in My Town has been turned into Johnny Thunders Oasis for sandwiches and drinks (2002) and the Ice Cream and Doughnuts (2005)
• The Hilltop Cafe became the Pit Stop Diner (2002).
• They rebuilt the Water Works (2003)
