Their Website :- Beaulieu

Beaulieu is on the south coast in the New Forest.  Its a stately home, gardens and abbey but most of all - a Motor Museum.  I first went there on a school trip.  It was so good, I wanted to go back again.

We started off on the monorail.  This goes around one end of the gardens, and through the roof into the museum itself.

We then looked at a James Bond temporary exhibition before going to look at all the cars in the main museum.

Site : Large and well kept

Contents : Great !

Toilets : Can't remember

Cafe : Good with nice views.

Shop : Great ! Got a video and poster.

Crowds : Despite being August, we didn't feel crowded by other people, though there was a bit of a queue for the monorail and cafe.

Best Bit : The monorail.

Worst Bit : Abbey & Gardens - they were dull.

Dad's Thoughts : Men, boys and cars - how can you go wrong !?!
